The FeWo Setzberg on the 1st floor is probably one of our smallest apartments in the house. However, it offers enough space for 2 people and invites you to feel good.
The living room with sofa and dining table offers a view of the southwest side of the valley and the Setzberg. The apartment has a balcony, on which seating is available.
Look forward to a relaxing vacation in the immediate vicinity of the lake and in the newly renovated apartments in Bad Wiessee.
Parking is available directly in front of the house. Self-brought bikes can be safely stored in the cottage (with e-bike charging station).

The entrance area is also the fully equipped kitchen in red. Our guests have at their disposal coffee maker, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The Swiss stone pine bed and modern upholstery invites you to a restful sleep. The apartment also has a bathroom with window, shower, toilet.
The vacation apartments are located in the district Abwinkl about 5 minutes walk to the lake and the clinic Medical Park St. Hubertus. Approx. 15 minutes walk from the center. In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities, cozy pubs and a charming beach with a large lawn for sunbathing.
The location of our house is the right starting point for hikes at the foot of the Alps or for the more athletic among you, bike tours on well-maintained mountain trails.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented at a nearby bike rental for a fee. A driving range is 10 minutes walk from the house, the golf course 5 minutes by car. In the winter months, cross-country and alpine skiing with apres-ski are a pleasure for the whole family with the shortest distances.

When arriving with the RailroadWith the Bayerische Regiobahn Oberland (BRB) from Munich main station to Gmund a. Tegernsee. Then from Gmund station continue by cab or RVO bus (lines 9557, 9559) to Bad Wiessee (Stop Abwinkl). From there it is about 3 minutes walk to the apartment.

Current Cancellation Policy: Flexible - 21 days.
Cancellation of the booking free of charge is possible until 21 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, in case of no-show or early departure, we allow ourselves to charge you 90% of the room rate per night.
If you delay a booked stay or do not start it at all or cancel it early, cancellation fees may apply. To be covered in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

For make accommodations will be a Deposit charged upon conclusion of the accommodation contract. This is due together with the payment of the balance. In case of non-payment, the related booking will be cancelled. A full refund of the deposit will be made provided that the booked accommodation has been left without damage to the furniture and without heavy soiling beyond the normal case after checkout.
